Insurance premiums are generally non-refundable once a policy has been activated and coverage has commenced. However, refunds may be available under specific circumstances as outlined in this policy and in your individual policy documents. All refund requests are subject to review and approval by both Insurance Plans Assist and the underwriting insurance carrier.
You are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period from the date your policy is issued. During this period, you may cancel your policy and receive a full refund of premiums paid, provided that:
Refunds under the cooling-off period will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
If you cancel your policy after the 14-day cooling-off period, the following applies:
If you have been charged more than once for the same policy due to a technical error or processing issue, please contact us immediately at info@insuranceplansassist.online or call +1 855 635 4164. Duplicate payments will be fully refunded within 5–7 business days upon verification.
If an overpayment is identified on your account, Insurance Plans Assist will notify you and issue a refund for the excess amount within 10 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

In the event that Insurance Plans Assist or the underwriting carrier cancels your policy due to non-payment, fraud, or misrepresentation, no refund will be issued. If we cancel your policy for any other reason not attributable to you, a pro-rata refund of unused premiums will be issued within 14 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your refund request, you may escalate your complaint by emailing info@insuranceplansassist.online with the subject line "Refund Dispute." We will review your case and respond within 5 business days. You also have the right to contact your state's Department of Insurance if you believe your refund request has been unfairly denied.
Insurance Plans Assist reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
